2. Impacts, 1. Causes, 4. Justice
Climate Visuals Principles:
1. Show real people not staged photo-ops, 2. Tell new stories, 6. Show local (but serious) climate impacts, 7. Be very careful with protest imagery, 3. Show climate causes at scale, 4. Climate impacts are emotionally powerful, 5. Understand your audience, 8. Sustainability must be everyones objective, 9. Overcome present-day fears with a vision for the future
My wfie and son visiting a melon garden in a glass house in Bogor, Indonesia. Sustainable farming such as these have become even more common during this pandemic. We took our son to this place to educate him on fruits and vegetables and how to grow them as online education put a stop to many school-organised field trips.
