WHAT IT SHOWS: A worker butchers livestock in Marfrig slaughterhouse facility. Marfrig is the world's fourth largest beef trader. After Greenpeace released a report exposing Marfrig's link to Amazon deforestation, the company announced a moratorium that prevents them from buying cattle raised in newly deforested areas within the Amazon. Animal agriculture accounts for 14% to 18% of global greenhouse gas emissions.
